What is Spark Equestrian Academy?
Spark Equestrian Academy is passionate about giving students a great foundation. Our founders have developed a program tailored to offering a path from beginner to advanced in the equestrian sport.
This experience is unique due to our simple step curriculum that includes a level system, making it easier for client and trainer to work together. Under our qualified instructors, riders build their skills and confidence for success both in the arena and in life.
With Spark, our goal is to create interest in the equestrian sport and share it with those who are
interested in starting. We noticed there is a lack in
basic horsemanship and overall knowledge regarding
the level of riding skill. Our curriculum is an organized system that, not only gives the client a goal to aim for, but also provides a simple, stress-free way to teach as a trainer. With this system, we’ve been able to build our own ideal clientele, rather than relying on uninvolved customers.
Why Spark?
ISSUE 1: THE CLIENTS
Client relationships are among the most significant part of a riding program. It is often difficult to maintain organized
management through other forms of communication and continue healthy boundaries for a stress-free work environment. Spark’s curriculum and organized interface eliminates frustration with clients and answers their questions so you don’t have to.
ISSUE 2: WASTED TIME
We know the struggle of staying on time when teaching
lessons and the issues of scheduling. Running a lesson program on an organized, curriculum-based schedule makes sense to other clients. Similar to swim lessons, dance, or figure skating, an expectation is immediately set on time and price. Our instructors are on a schedule and there are minimal question as asked by the clients.
ISSUE 3: BURNOUT
It’s easy to stay on track with a curriculum that sets parameters and attainable goals for students. You don’t need to start from ground zero each lesson, which minimizes frustration, as well as eliminating the constant lesson planning. Our system is created for the clients to work around YOUR schedule, not the other way around. This calendar sets boundaries to prevent burnout.
We are seeking individuals who share our passion for this sport and possess a high-achieving attitude above all. We require individuals with determination, drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to represent the brand effectively.
Our goal is to maintain the integrity of the curriculum throughout locations, so following this system is required. Any instructor should be able to teach a lesson in your class without confusion from students. Of course, there are exceptions for those who learn slower or need to repeat levels.
